PREThanksgiving: AUNTIE LYN TIME

AUNTIE LYN comes to town right before the thanksgiving HOLIDAY to visit us "U-tards" which is the endearing nickname she gives us.
There is always fun things to do when family is in town, such as:

#1 Dance performances

Our clan was made up of LYN- of course, mom, Gloria, Bill (thanks for the tickets), and Me.... the kids were incredible.

Dance Club: Art With Heart Nov 21 - Nov 22 ProvoOver 400 young dancers ages 3-18 years from up and down the Wasatch Front combine their talents in a performance showcasing jazz, ballet, hip hop, and tap to benefit the children from Shriners Hospital for children. Art With Heart has earned nearly $150,000 over the past 8 years for Shriners Hospital. The performance includes extremely talented young dancers with appearances from several current young Shriners patients!
"kids who dance so others can walk"

#2 FOOD- enchiladas Lyn's favorite genre which is Mexican... AUntie can't get enough of those chips and hot sauce. Note: she almost ate James' Mom entire bottle of homemade salsa by herself. James wasn't to excited about that...lol.

RECIPE:

- 10 oz tube of sour cream
- 2 cans of enchilada sauce (red mild is the best)
- 1 small can of green chilies
- 1 package of flour tortillas

Spinach (for those that are more healthy eaters)
- 1 box of 10 oz frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup of green onions
-1/2 cup of sour cream

After cooking sunday dinner at gloria's we enjoyed playing a few card games with family and relaxing.

This comment doesn't really pertain to the current post, but I just wanted to say thanks for spending Thanksgiving with us! We had a lot of fun, sorry I was a downer a lot of the time, but hopefully next time I will feel more up to par! I also wanted to thank you for being so sweet to our kids, esp. the never ending hair sessions with Madi! It meant a lot to me that you were so great to them! Thanks again for coming, we had a blast!!
